Worth Citing does not offer refunds. Please review the plan details and free tier before you buy.
2. Audits
Each audit runs real processing and sends queries to paid AI providers the moment you start it. For that reason, audits are non-refundable once started, whether or not you act on the results.
3. Subscriptions
Pro and Agency plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods.
4. Free tier
The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged in error or something clearly went wrong, email [email protected] and we will look into it and make it right.
